6. Choose Convert from the 
    Conversion menu.

    The Save dialog box appears.

7. Type a name for the new movie, 
    choose a place to save it, and 
    click Save.

    Conversion begins. If you click  
    Stop before it is completed, the 
    new movie contains all frames 
    converted up to that time.
